FHA loan limits in Las Vegas have recently changed

Question: Have the FHA loan limits in Las Vegas, NV recently increased or decreased?

Answer: Yes — both. A couple of months ago, HUD lowered the FHA loan limits in Las Vegas, NV (Clark County) from $400,000 to $287,500.

Since then, Congress passed a measure increasing the loan limits back to their original amounts in some markets. Las Vegas, NV happened to be one of those markets where the FHA loan limits were restored.

Officially as of 11/30/11, FHA loan limits in Las Vegas, NV (Clark County) are $400,000 for a Single-Family Residence.
