What a great day, first day I have had in the office almost all day, in so long I cannot remember when the last time it was. I am continuing to get all of the stuff organized. My desk, I found part of the top, what a relief. Have not seen the top in who know how long. Even found some old mail, with bills that were due in the next couple of days, so I got that all taken card of.
Listened to a Webinar today on how to take better photos of homes by Randy Eagar, CRS instructor. Some great tips about using lighting and a tripod. Next time I have a listing to shoot, will bring the tripod along and see what happens. Interestingly he noted that some of the new cameras with 14.5 mega pixels should be set lower for web pictures since most web photos are 640 x 480 pixels. High resolution is great for full page photos or maybe for flyer's, but not very useful for web pictures.
Second seminar today was on Business planning for 2012, learned a lot. Began writing the plan for 2012, will get that complete in the next couple of days, along with my partner and wife. Working with your spouse can be so rewarding, at least you are on the same page most of the time.
Weather turned colder here in the Sunny South, high was about 50º and dropped all day, some wind also, along with rain (need the rain, drought was strong this year). Thanks for listening (reading) and I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
