Today I felt like a character on HGTV! As many of you know, I live and market and Sell in Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, Naples FL.

Maurice McLaughlin, Broker and I have listed and sold 60% of the properties in Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club since August 2011.

One of the happy homeowners has given me as a reference to her friends up north and asked me to stop by and take a look at her condo.

I was so impressed when I stopped by to say hello to Susan and Jerry and see what they have done to their place. Their condo looks like it jumped off of the pages of Better Homes and Gardens or Pottery Barn!

Freshly painted walls, new appliances in the kitchen and wonderful home furnishings, not to mention the 72” flat screen TV in the living room.

The new owners love living in Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, Naples FL and with the exception of a brief trip north for the holidays, will be back the end of December and are planning on staying until May!

Great news, we also sold the condo below them and they will be getting new friends and neighbors coming to town on Saturday!

I love what I do and especially get a great rewarding feeling of satisfaction when people are so happy with their new home!

Christine, don't you just LOVE the warm-n-fuzzies that come from clients who are happily settled in their new homes? That is one thing I really miss since we started working primarily with investors, who either rent out the property or flip it.

Hi Christine,

I have a good pal that is an official 'snow bird' and nests in Naples FL each winter. He loves it there and I think he actually would live there year round if his kids would migrate south. It sounds like an awesome place to live and play!
