Green Mortgages the best kept secret. Set yourself apart!

By
Home Inspector with Certified Structure Inspector IOS #1730, EA #30

Buyers can benifit from Energy Efficient Mortgages or Green Mortgages. These mortgages are only a small part of the current mortgages but things are changing in Reno. Set yourself apart and get yourself involed with saving buyers money. Don't wait for them to ask you about it.

It will not make allot of additional work from the agent. In fact if you have me do your Audit I can also perform the Home Inspection at the same time. It only requires the door to be opened once. The audit gets sent to the lender.

The best thing to do is to attend the workshop on December 14th at 12pm. It's being held at the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors office on 5650 Riggins Ct. in Reno. More info here: http://us2.campaign-archive1.com/?u=1475651cb38e08068a398b1a2&id=b25fcd32a5

I need to explore these more - haven't really had someone ask me about them so why wait?  Hope the workshop was good :)

Renee, the workshop was good. There were about 40 agents there. I made some new contacts and that is always a plus. If you would like some more info about them I can e-mail you some stuff. The Green or Energy Efficient Mortgage is really a good thing what I wish I had heard of sooner.
