Office space in the Upper East Side of NYC is not something that I get usually receive requests for.  However, the truth of the matter is that there are plenty of great office opportunities in this neighborhood.
The U.E.S., once known as the “Silk Stocking District”, is the most posh districts in Manhattan. Day in, day out, well-groomed professionals, curious tourists and earnest college students trek this beautiful, almost exquisite district.
The U.E.S. is dotted with a myriad of different buildings; high-rise apartments that house the residents of Manhattan, artistically-designed museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and sprawling compounds of stern-looking private schools define U.E.S.’s landscape.

Along with its deep and fascinating history, the neighborhood has been a major center for commerce and may other attractions for very many years.  The series’ of fine restaurants, well-renowned hotels, famous museums and a pretty “happening” night-life, make it an area that should be more sought after than it already is.  The fact that people often overlook this diamond in the rough makes it easier for those looking for office space in the upper east side of NYC to avoid paying an arm and a leg for something that may very well be worth an arm and a legs!
