Most of you might already know this, but I thought I would write a quick post about my Virginia Home Search site called FranklyMLS.com. It has access to 80,000 homes listed for sale by Virginia, Maryland and DC brokerage firms.
Some people get confused and think the site owner is the listing agent. That isn't the case. Instead there is a cooperation called the MLS or IDX that exchanges listings for Virginia homes for sale.
So I hope you will check it out and give is a Plus 1 in google!
