Hi Roy - Good idea to get the link out to the public and let them know about FHA limits.  I had a buyer purchase a $570,000 house this past summer with an FHA mortgage.  Not something I am used to seeing at that level!

Thanks so much for your comments.  FHA is certainly an important loan product in Maryland.  FHA financing is the first choice of many first time home buyers.  The FHA 203(k) program is a favorite for purchasing fix up properties since the cost of repairs can be included in the mortgage loan amount.
