Return Of Three Minute Real Estate: Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance.

Short videos promoting a common understanding of real estate, fostering real estate education and a greater understanding one word at a time.

Real estate has it’s own jargon, it’s own colloquialisms, both industrially, locally, with-in the office and unique to the individual agents. Hopefully together we can promote a common understanding, one word at a time.

John,

I tried Three Minute Real Estate over a year ago with another service, the service went down and I'm just now returning to the videos.

The problem is normarly I can introduce myself in less thAn 10 mintues! It's hard to keep these things short. 8>))

George,

You and I and every consumer and lender that has ever had a title discrepancy! It's not enough that your eller was honest, we have to be protected from the seller's that sold to his Grandfather/s!

Title insurance is second only to escrow closings as the best thing to happen to real estate since we stopped acquiring it by shooting aborigines,

Bill
