River of Life Church Cookie Exchange

Attention Ladies!!

The River of Life Church is hosting their FIRST Annual Cookie Exchange. You do not need to be a member to participate. Please bring your cookies along with the recipe to the exchange.

This will be held at the Activity Park which is NOT located at the church, but IS LOCATED at 2483 Pinecrest Road in Trinity.

River of Life Activity Park on Pinecrest Road

Go through the gate and you will see the activity building down on your left.

Sunday, December 10th, 2011

at 6:00 pm.

There will also be an ornament exchange (Only Spend around $5.00) and a BEST Christmas Socks Contest!

Participate in one, two, three, Or NONE!!

If you’re not into baking, and just want to participate in the ornament exchange and/or sock contest, come on!

You can even just come for the great fellowship! If you don’t want to do any of the activities, that’s okay!! Just come out and hang out with the girls! You will have a GRAND time!

I have never been to a cookie exchange. This sounds like fun. You will have to post the guidelines.

We have found a way to purchase very nice Christmas ornaments at bargain prices. Estate auctions usually have Christmas ornaments in box lots. Buy the box and sort out the good ones.

By the way, the estate auctions also sell toy stuffed animals in box or bag lots. Buy the box and run the purchases through your washing machine for a good cleaning. The good ones make nice gifts to give to children when showing homes to their parents. Keep a bag of stuffed animals in the trunk of your car and you will find that they come in handy!

I love Christmas cookies but it's almost impossible to get really good ones unless you bake them yourself. This looks like a great way to get some good cookies, great recipes and hang out with the girls. Sounds like fun.
