Cordera's market doesn't seem to fair as well as some of the other D20 neighborhoods. Compared to one year ago, the number of Actives, New Listings, Pendings and Solds remain about the same, but the Average and Median Sales price continue to decline slightly, 5.4% and 1.7% respectively. Days on market dropped significantly but the inventory remains at 13.5 months. Of the two properties sold in November, one was a distressed sale which negatively impacts all the numbers.
