Today we settled on 133 Trail Road in Hershey, PA. another PA homes and real estate for sale which is now sold. The buyers are friends who bought the house to create a home for their daughter who is in medical student and who will be gettng married in the spring.

Tom and Brenda are friends from way back. We used to spend time playing pinochle and our children grew up together. Fast forward and we had not seen one another for some time. I had been Tom and Brenda's pastor back in Souderton, PA, but we moved to Lancaster in 1997. Now 14 years later, our paths crossed again when they contacted me about helping them find a home. I am very glad to have a PA homes and real estate for sale sold.

Wow, all my friends stayed up late last night. Mimi, the circles of life are some of the greatest blessings we experience.

Wandanna, thanks and it was very nice to complete this transaction. Both the buyer and seller were very agreeable and worked together quite well.

Karen Anne, it is very satisfying to complete deals like this one. It is one of the great blessings of this business.

Tammy, I did love reconnecting. And one other story. Brenda, the buyer's father, was at the time the president of the Savings and Loan in the town where we lived 21 years ago. He gave us the loan to buy our first home. We did not qualify to have the loan sold on the secondary market, but they gave it to us anyway. It was funny how I recalled this when her father came along for the home inspection. It was actually pretty cool.

I've heard your use of the word, "settled,"and "sold" used by others in the East. In the West the common reference is, "closed." Referring to "close of escrow." Our transactions are commonly managed by a 3rd party, escrow holder. Sold has now become synonymous with closed.
