Diehl Killerz ~ Blue Lagoon...
     Well after much much ado, Big Diehl, Flubber and the adventures of Diehl Killerz makes its debut. This and ensuing episodes were designed to make a parody of the serious business of home inspecting. The whole purpose was to make folks aware that not everything that shows up in home inspection world is the dreaded "Deal Killer".
     Look for more episodes of Diehl Killerz and my mad marketing to come to a blog close to you sometime in the not too distant future...

Jennifer, to answer your question, it took several months to put the concept and characters together. It took a week to put the episode together as I totally scrapped the first version. What I saw was not what I was seeing in my head if that makes sense...

Great job. this is a pretty common item that shows up in inspections, but I fortunately have not seen the running water portrayed so well. Your timing for this post is great as I just found out that one of my lsitings is being inspected by an inspector we have labeleld the "deal killer" in our neck of the woods.
