Brevard County Tax Deed and Foreclosure Research
The rain is delaying our The Man Cave project becaue we have to empty the garage and scrub the floor down in anticipation of painting it. The neighbor suggested we powerwash it but we haven't brought one of those yet. I'm thinking we should hire a firm. This is a simple but effective website page of one we're considering:

I just saved it in my fave pile. We're thinking of hiring them to powerwash the garage and exterior of the house so we can paint it. The boys and I will be going to Lowes and Home Depot with Mikey later to scope colors. I'm going to be doing a lot of Brevard County research until then because I don't know my neighborhood and I need to get on point with that.
First stop is Clerk of the Court: "Our office is pleased to provide the community with an online resource to help residents and visitors obtain information and conduct business with us. We hope you find this website a useful and friendly environment that serves your needs in an efficient, cost-effective and secure manner."
Cool. Here's something useful I'm chatting with my girlfriends about:

Yup. Melodious is teaching me how to search for investment properties. My NYC gal pals are kicking in cash and expect to go buy stuff while on vacation with me so I have to go learn what's out there. When we go back to Texas in the spring Mel is gonna take us shopping (silly grin). Jen, this link is for you:
