I mean "SOLD", Really... But the listing still shows active???

Connor, I just blogged about something similar to this this very day.  It makes me want to jump off a ledge somewhere, when i calll agents on a weekend or actually ANYTIME, and no one answers.  And, like you said, they don't update the MLS.  Of course, all the blame goes to their assistant--even when they don't have one.  This is one of my biggest pet peeves.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Gripe!  Yes, at least report a SOLD!!! I could gripe a lot everyday.  :) Kristine
