My last open house of 2011! 105 Bridgewater Ct, Boise, ID 83706

This should be my last open house of 2011! As Christmas approaches people get busy and the open houses are less effective. Of course maybe if I am bored I will do it again next week... They say doing an open house every week shows desperation...Well I am getting desperate to sell this beautiful Boise home in a beautiful subdivision before Christmas. What a wonderful present to give oneself....A place for the tree and a place to hold the holiday....Of course I am Jewish so I celebrate a different holiday...So a place to light the menorah in the beautiful bay window while frying latkes on the beautiful new stove in the nicely updated kitchen... Has anyone ever decorated their listings for the holiday? I am tempted but I have no xmas decorations....Maybe a nice wreath on the door....The bay window just calls for a tree... So much for Debbie's musings on a quiet very cold Sunday morning 5 hours before the open house!
