oh wow congratulations. I've got a some contracts, but having "issues" with getting them closed. Tree cutting in the forrest sounds wonderful. What type of trees?
Hi Mary! So happy for you for those three sales!!! How wonderful, and no one is more deserving of this success than yourself!!!
MARY CHRISTMAS!!!!
Hi Lee and Carol, I guess you're right- not soooooo quiet! :-) but you live in the mountains and you know what I mean. Thank you, nice to see you again.
Thank you Jennifer, it was my pleasure to help them. I hope you have a wonderful week too and get to feeling better!
Hi Sharon, I hope the real estate activity will continue through the winter for our area, too. I'm sure we can find you a summer only home when the time is right. <smiling> Thank you & Happy Holidays my friend!
Shirley, it has been a great December- the good months make up for the not so good ones! Thanks Shirley, I wish you well in 2012 too!
Hi Suzanne, well you are right about that, they do. Our office is still busy so that's nice to see this time of year. I'm glad you stopped in, thanks Suzanne.
Thank you Dorie! ' Looking forward to 2012 and I know we will have a great year (even in spite of those occasional lender roadblocks) :-] I know one particular lender who's going on the naughty list!
Hi Tammy, I think I know what you mean and my friends at the title companies said many are like that! We have Douglas fir, spruce, ponderosa pine, lodgepole and white pine mostly. Thanks for asking Tammy, what kind of trees do you have in Georgia?
Hi Bruce, well thank you, kind sir! They say good things come to those who wait...who knew? :-] Mary Christmas, right back at ya!
No wonder I haven't heard much from you lately, Mary. You've been selling up a storm in Red Feather Lakes! Hey, I will probably be coming to Colorado next summer. There is going to be reunion in Nederland on July 21 for those of us who lived there in the 1970s.
Wow! YOu are definitely not letting the "slow time" be slow for you. That is awesome!!!
Elizabeth, that is so exciting- I thought maybe the re-union would correspond with "Frozen Dead Guy Day", but I see that's in March. Thanks for letting me know, when you do come, lets get together!
Hey Kristi, thanks- it did not seem slow which was a nice change!
Here I am complaining because we have a low of 45 degrees, and you are in the midst of big snow. Glad to know that this has not impacted your abliity to get things done!
Mary,
Sounds like things are looking up in Red Feather Lakes!

Mary - It sounds like you are having a wonderful holiday season, and I'm so glad to hear it! It is always encouraging to know there is brisk activity going on somewhere!
Mary,
I am out showing houses three days in a row! Who has time for shopping??
Ann Hayden in Wildwood, MO
Hi Melissa, Hope you have warmed up a bit- 45 is COLD, in California...I remember being in San Francisco when it was 60 degrees and I was freezing. It's been beautiful here lately- still snow on the ground but bright blue skies and lots of sunshine. Thanks for stopping in- have a great Holiday, Melissa!
Hi Ann, Thanks, I was surprised by the "late in the year" activity- things are looking up! and good for you showing houses 3 days in row!!?? Hope you are done with your shopping! :-) I'm going today.
Hi Myrl, I agree, even small flurries of activity are encouraging. It's nice to see and report a positive in the market! Thanks Myrl, have a great Holiday!
Mary - I just wanted to stop by and wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
MARY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wishing you all of God's grace, mercy, and protection for the year to come, Mary!
Hey Mary, Long time no see ;-) I am just now getting back to AR!
Hope you are well, I wanted to wish you and you whole family a Merry Christmas from Deep in the Heart of Texas!
Merry Christmas Mary!! Did you have a nice Christmas??
Ann Hayden in Wildwood, MO
Mary, I wanted to wish you a very Happy New Year and a prosperous 2012!
Mary, how on earth will you have time to ski and relax with all that work going on? lol Have fun helping people into houses and rest up when you can!
I hope you had some holiday time off and fun. The only types of Christmas trees we grow here are cedar (which are okay) and pine (which are icky for Christmas trees). I grew up having cedar, but have purchased a fir the last few years at a cut somewhere/shipped here place.
Happy New Year Mary - I hope you had a wonderful holiday and I wish you much success for 2012!
