Donald, yes it helps to have something nice to start with as were two of the three stagings shown. The third one was a rather 'distressed' property, having been a rental for university students for the past few years...however, with some minor repairs, paint and staging this house sold the first day on the market for full asking price.
Adrian, thank you! Yes, staging makes a huge difference and often means the difference between a sale or no sale.

Thank you Valerie! I had to go back and have a look at the photo with the white throw...and you're right, it does look like a white hairy cat! It wasn't intentional and I hadn't noticed that before, so thanks for pointing it out to me:)
