December 10 & 11- 2011 31 Days of December Challenge.

December 10,2011

Yesterday I didn't do much. Sunday is usually my time to rest. But with only three weeks left till 2012,I still got stuff that I need to get done.

1. Read some Active Rain blogs.

2. Commented on some Active Rain blogs.

3. Read some online articles pertaining to Real Estate.

 

December 11,2011

Didn't do too much today either.

1. Responded to an Active Rain lead. Going to refer this lead to somebody else.

2. Read some Active Rain blogs.

3. Commented on some Active Rain blogs.

Past two days I have done no reviving leads. But this week I have to kick it up a notch. Have to work on Business Plan. Speaking of Business Plan,can somebody please share with me theirs or recommend some good Business Plans to me. NOTE: And please no MARKET LEADER BUSINESS PLANS. Sorry but I need something different from that one. What did you guys do today? Please share.

Lanre...funny you should ask that question.  We just had lunch with an agent and during our chat he mentioned he is networking at a coffee shop. Says he goes every day with his computer and works there a bit. Says its crazy but he has picked up leads from there. No referral to be paid out! We thought it was a great idea.

Lanre, I'm doing the challenge too - and it's proving challenging. Ha. Keep thinking, I'm going to have to do something for work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve - lol. I guess I can always update a listing or two, check for new status updates on the MLS and call it good. :)
