I'm having an Open House in honor of this newly rehabbed, remodeled and refurbished wonderful 2 bedroom home! Stop in for coffee and warm up as you browse and take a peek at the gorgeous refinished solid wood floors with mahogany and cherry woods that beckon throughout the home. I'll be there to meet you (along with another Agent from our office- Audu Real Estate) and answer any questions. By the way - the price of the home? Only $90,000!!

Hi Ed - I will stop by if I am in town! I promise not to hijack any prospects in the driveway! LOL! This looks like a great home -- I love what they have done with the floors! They look so much like the beautiful floors we uncovered in my sisters home and the walls and trim are the same as what we did for hers! This puppy should move~

Hey Mary - It would be nice to see you there. I'm sure you won't do any hijackings:) If there are prospective buyers there with questions about mortgages - you could certainly step in.

Hi Gary - this house is CLEAN. They spent countless hours (more than anticipated) just doing that. AND move in condition, too. Thanks for the comments. Have a good time in Ohio.

What are you serving? I'm in the neighborhood(on Eastern Ave). I may stop in. Looks like a good one.

Okay - I just picked up some donuts and homemade cookies from Royal Dutch Bakery here in Grandville:) MMMM! They are the greatest bakery around. So - stop by tomorrow for some treats, Mary ( and everyone else).

Ed - how did the open house go? I ended up at the cabin, rode up with my son Saturday night. I hope the weather didn't put a damper on it!
