There are currently 88 Foreclosures in Houston County Georgia with the vast majority in the lower price points as depicted in the graphic.

In addition, 3 and 4 bedroom properties make up 91% of the available inventory. On average, Houston County GA Foreclosures are selling much faster than traditional purchases, so if you see a property you like, don’t waste time or you will probably miss out.

Great Houston County GA Foreclosure Market report for 2011. It does stand to reason with 88 foreclosures they are selling at a faster rate than traditional homes for sale. Excellent report!

Dorie: They are moving in about half the time as normal listings...buyers need to decide pronto if they see something they like.

Keith...it's been steadily dropping. Foreclosures account for about 12% of our market.

Toni...many buyers want to see the foreclosures first.

It is Roy...I wish you and Dolores much happiness too.

That is very true Lisa. Waiting is not the preferred method of getting the foreclosure you want.

Pick me, pick me....thanks John. ;-)

Joan...harder to bail yourself out of higher end homes if you lose your job, have sudden medical expenses, etc.

Larry/Sheila...that is true, buyers need to move quickly.

Bobbie...it's tough in so many areas and no end in sight.

Al/Peggy...everyone wants the deal of a lifetime. There are some good deals but some are priced really low because they require some updates/fixing.
