The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first eleven months of 2011 versus the same period in 2010 for Walnut Creek. The housing market is holding steady in the year over year comparison with single family home sales showing a similar number while pricing has weakened over last year. Attached home sales have shown a significant increase while the lower end sales are dragging down the overall price data which is trend in many of the local cities. Marketing time has increased slightly.
