Strangely enough I have been quite busy througout this holiday season with showing property.  Usually things are a little slower around the holidays due to busy schedules and other obligations, howerver this year I am pleasently surprised.  I am happy that buyers are being savvy and considering the greatest gift of all: homeownership!  With interest rates and inventory the way they are it is a great time to consider buying a first home or better yet an investment property.  In and around the Mount Desert Island area we often see many 2nd home buyers.  That is another great gift: the gift of a vacation home in a place you love.
