ohhh nooo....tell me it isn't so! Christmas decorations already? I haven't even put the lawn furniture away!

Cynthia, It's lovely but I'm not ready for this yet! I actually love Thanksgiving and am looking forward to that first!

Cynthia, I love Swansboro. A few years ago, a friend and I ate at several restaurants in the area - although the names escape me. If I had time this weekend, I would take the drive down. Thanks for the post!

Cynthia - Time is getting away from me this year! There are only so many weekends before Christmas so I better get in gear. This looks like an awesome shopping event!

I can't believe that the holidays are around the corner. What a fun way to shop! Great localism post!!!

I know! This is an annual event for downtown Swansboro and I suppose it's the "early bird gets the worm" theory here.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It is such a peaceful day and the gifts involved are our time and energy. I love that!

This is a good event, although a little early for my taste I must admit.

Just calm down, it's going to be ok. :0) As of this morning, winter has arrived in Eastern NC. I would rather take one holiday at the time but this is an annual event and it does bring out a lot of people.

I wish you could. This is going to be fun, not sure I'll do a lot of shopping with little one along. But just to walk the streets, hear the music and see the shops all decorated and candlelit. Fun!
