I’m averaging one new REO assignment a month since the foreclosure moratorium. My latest is a house in Wailua Homesteads. The house on Makaloa will be going to Auction with Williams & Williams in January. According to Bank of America Fidelity National Title said they would be able to give title insurance, I should know by next week as I have another property with similar title issues.
