Commentary:

Montgomery NJ continues to follow a slight downward trend as the end of the year approaches.

• Total inventory of active listings in October were 170, 43 less than October 2006.
• The average listing price of $683,516 was down 5% from the same time period in 2006.
• 32 new listings came on in October, averaging an 8.6% decrease from last year.
• 16 listings were sold in October , down 1 or 5,9%. 
• The average sold price of $610,003 reflected a 9.9% decrease over 2006. 
• Year-to-date average DOM for October 2007 was 80, 5 more than the same time period last year, a 6.7% increase.
