Harveston is a newer community in Temecula with a lake in the middle of it.
Harveston also has it's own elementary school. Harveston is mostly made up of single family homes, but there is also an apartment complex in Harveston.
The biggest draw for home buyers to move to Harveston is the lake. Harveston Lake is noticeable throughout the community and as soon as one enters Harveston, the lake is visible and obviously the main focal point. Harveston Lake has paddle boat rentals and other activities in Harveston Lake as well as a community swimming pool. tennis courts, basketball courts and parks and outdoor play equipment.
Homeowners Association Fees are approximately $95.00 per month for single family Harveston Homes and higher for condominiums that have additional homeowerns fees covering the common area exteriors.
