Now when I pull up the trending report for November 2011, the numbers vary slightly from the numbers in my Market Report and I can't tell you why. It states that the number of Sold homes in Schertz Texas for last month was 23 at a sold price of $196,642.00. My only guess is that they have added a different type of property in the trending report. No matter however, as you an see the Sold Price of November 2010 as compared to the Sold Price in 2011 varies greatly at an increase of a little over $45,000.00. That's good news for the Schertz Texas Real Estate Market. That tells you that even with the news of the economy, the Schertz Texas Real Estate Market is holding its own :)! I will continue monitoring the Schertz Texas Real Estate market from month to month. With this data we can determine if the Schertz Texas Real Estate market is remaining stable, improving or showing any decline. So far, everything's lookin up :)!
This months Schertz Texas neighborhood spotlight is Jonas Woods. Jonas Woods is a prestigious neighborhood in Schertz Texas. This means that lots of folks really want to live there and why not. Jonas Woods is a semi established neighborhood in Schertz that has a pool, park, play ground and jogging trails. The majority of homes in Jonas Woods are built by Wilshire Homes or Plantation Homes. Currently there are only 3 homes available for sale in Jonas Woods, (which tells you people don't want to leave). Homes sizes are from 2400 square feet to a little over 2700 square feet with prices that range from the high $230s to the high $270s. Jonas Woods is located in the acclaimed Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District and is close to Military Bases such as Randolph Air Force Base and FT Sam Houston (Joint Base San Antonio), TX and very convenient to shopping. You can get to Jonas Woods by traveling on I-35 and exiting off on Schertz Parkway, take your first right and you will find it on your right hand side.
