2011 has been a pretty active year for home sales in Lakes at Northpointe. Of the 32 homes that have sold to date, 21 have been new homes and 11 have been existing/resale homes. Homes are selling in a relatively short period of time compared to other parts of the country.

Lakes at Northpointe Foreclosures/Short Sales:
There are currently two homes for sale that are listed as foreclosures or short sales, two homes in pending are foreclosures and four homes that sold since the first of the year were foreclosures in Lakes at Northpointe.
Lakes at Northpointe Leases:
- As of December 13, 2011, there are four homes available for lease in Lakes at Northpointe, and they are priced at $1,4250 to $2,300.
- There are currently no homes for lease that are in pending.
- Ten homes have leased since the first of the year and range in price from $1,595 to $2,300.
Homes in and around the Houston area usually lease fairly quickly. Leasing should be considered as an alternative to foreclosure. It might take a little planning ahead, but certainly worth the effort.
