Youtube Real Estate Virtual Tours: The proof of the pudding is in the eating

By
Education & Training with How To Stay In Touch

When I created a youtube real estate virtual tour I had one objective and that’s to show that I can get my video in the top ten search results for the keyword I chose. That’s not all. I also wanted to show that the video it self is important but using youtube to send traffic to your blog is the real purpose of using youtube.

As I said: Youtube Real Estate Virtual Tours: The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Not only did I get into the top ten I got the number one spot out of 1.22 million web pages within 48 hours of posting my video. See the screenshot here

I know I am bragging ;-) but I felt so proud that I had to share it.

John,

That's great! Now the question is, how many potential home buyers and sellers will type in "YouTube Real Estate Virtual Tour?"

The faster upload tool to getting higher on Google pages is AOL's video upload... UnCut Videos.

Check out VideoRealtor group that I recently started. Haven't promoted much yet.

Hi Kim

Good point. The video you upload or rather the search terms you target will depend on your audience and what they may search for. This video was not made or uploaded for people who want to purchase homes. Those videos targeting buyers will have community related keywords: "Home for sale in amsterdam"  "House for sale in amsterdam" etc, etc.

You're bad! You accomplished your goal with time left on the clock.

Your name sounds familiar; did you write for a computer magazine in the late 80's and early 90's?

No Johan!  Bad = good.  In essence I saying you accomplished a good feat.  To reach #1 position with whitehat techniques id a great thing.

Sorry, for use everyday vernacular.  "Gots" to be more careful!  The word is really "I've got"  but in everyday vernacular we say "Gots".

I was complimenting you and not offended.

Johan,

I wasn't logged in when I made my comments back to you and to assure no offense occurred!

Just me using the language of the day.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Warmest regards,

Hi Ntsike

Thanks friend. I was really worried about bragging and when I got the "You're bad" I thought Oh! Boy! I did it. Thanks for coming back and sharing what you meant ;-)

"Your name sounds familiar" I don't think that you know me. I am a South African and did not write for a comp mag. Thanks for asking.
