For the month of November, St. Clair Shores had 67 closings up from 56 in October but down from August and September which is to be expected for this time of year. As of today, December 14th, 2011 there are currently 204 single family homes on the market in St. Clair Shores.
A plus for sellers that have their home on the market this holiday season 1) inventory is down = less competition and 2) typically buyers shopping for homes during the holiday season are usually serious buyers, not tire kickers.
The average sale price for November was $73,455 and the average List Price was $77,439.
