By now you know something about the Law of Attraction. In its simplest terms the LOA means we manifest in our lives the things we give attention to in our thoughts. What we think about comes about. Like is attracted to like.
As you study how the LOA works in our lives you realize that the hardest concept to grasp is that you are the sole reason that you are experiencing whatever you have in your life right now. You are totally responsible.
The LOA is about spirituality and spirituality is about accepting personal responsibility for everything that occurs in my life. Joseph Murphy (1898-19081) who wrote The Power of Your Subconscious Mind said, "Your life is an out-picturing of your inner pictures."
What about when something horrible happens to us? What about disease, car accidents, job loss, etc. Did we attract those things? The answer is yes, at some level we did. Maybe we needed that challenge to make us stronger. Maybe we needed that event for life to get our attention. Somewhere deep inside you know the answer to that question.
Sometimes when bad things happen to us we think at that moment that it is the worse thing. Then a year or so later we sometimes look back at that time in our life and say, "You know, that really turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me."
In reality, you needed that event in your life. It made you a better person. It's time to accept where you are in your life and then consciously choose to move on to something better. Get connected to your spiritual source and create better "inner pictures" so that your life is filled with happiness.

Dan love your blogs but have to disagree with youon this one.
I do believe that we need to take responsibility for what happens in our life. There is entirely too much ,"it is not my fault" out there. On the other hand stuff happens and we don not attract it. I cannot imagine how over 3,000 people attracted crazy terroists on Sept 11. I think you can just be an unlucky victim somethimes too
