I'm not a Trash Man, but . . .

I'd have moved the garbage cans before taking this -- the main listing photo -- I just can across on our MLS.

This is a nice, upscale home in (what I always thought was) a well-tended development.

Ugh.  How unappealing.  I wonder how many listings they didn't get because of this horrible picture?

It is truly hard to belive that someone would market a house with a shot like that.  Not only the double trash, but the proxmitiy to the next house.

I would have removed the garbage cans as well. I'll bet they did lose some potential buyers because of that picture. Thanks for sharing!

Richard, I see that some people aren't upset by trash cans... I know some neighbors in my neighborhood leave them out all week so they don't have to bother to bring them back inside the garage????  I don't get it.

Ugh!  Between the garbage cans, the weeds, and the gloomy day, it just looks like a "trashy" area.  Who would ever pay top dollar for that house?

A lot of trash and open garage doors.  Is this a free standing house or a semi-attached.  If I am confused don't even ask how confusing it must be for a buyer.
