Poor Man's Stew

Start with some beef broth, about 2 cups

Add chopped carrots, 2 large

One large onion

One pound of chopped beef

Garlic and onion powder to taste

3 cans of vegetables, or any left overs

6 potatoes, cut up

Cook stew for about one hour on  low temperature

Mash the potatoes, serve stew over the potatoes

Hello Ed;  Thanks for the very astute comment.  At $8.00 a pound for the Bison, that's not poor.  But if they can't even afford regular chop meat, then they would be poo.
