Quick Easy Recipe - Shrimp Fettuccine

This is a quick and very easy recipe to prepare even on a week night,,,,your family will think you were in the kitchen all day!

Shrimp Fettuccine

 

Prep to Serve Time: 45 Minutes

Servings 6

 

Ingredients


1 (12 ounce) packages fettuccine

1 1/2 lbs uncooked large ro jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/8 cup dried parsley

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons white wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

I add a few hot crushed red peppers for some added flavor

 

How to Make


Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté shrimp in butter for 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.

Add the parsley, garlic, lemon juice, white wine, salt, pepper and optional crushed hot pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until garlic is tender.

Drain fettuccine; top with shrimp mixture.

Serve with hot crusty bread and enjoy!
