Received a call from a buyer interested in seeing my listing in Wyoming, MI on Friday. Yes, they are working with an Agent and could wait for her, but since I live in Grandville the home is only 10 minutes away and I needed to swing by the home anyway. Set up the showing for noon Saturday. Their Agent showed it a second time to them and another party buying the home Saturday evening.
Received an offer Sunday a.m.; met with my Seller Sunday afternoon; received all the final signatures to the purchase agreement on Monday. The buyers had inspections Monday at 4 - everything went great. Received title commitment Monday afternoon. Spoke to the title rep on Tuesday a.m. and asked if we can possibly close on Friday since this is a cash buyer:) and she said that it was possible.
So here I am, waiting for the final HUD and closing at 3:00...
My own update 12/27/11 - tiny title snafu so we closed this past Friday instead.
I spend a lot of time on AR when I'm waiting for closing docs. This time I'll write a post about it!
