Can someone tell me what the My Ads link on my home page is for? I click on it and it says that I need to add money to the bank in order to fund my campaign or something like that. Is that something I should be taking advantage of here?

Joseph-I think I'm doing pretty good, I just keep looking around at different things and finding more and want to make sure I'm taking advantage of all that AR has to offer. If I find out anything, I'll be sure to post it.

Basically you can create a banner ad (see those little boxes on the right when you sign on and on the group pages, but NEVER on "your blog"?).  then you deposit money in your bank account and bid for placement and showings.

For more information see the community blog and specifically these post:

Hi Sherry,

It's where you place a paid sponsorship ad. You basically build a small ad, use your credit card to add money to the "bank" and make a bid, of say, $5 per 1,000 impressions. The higher your bid, the more often your ad shows up -- and the faster your bank account decreases. Keep in mind on AR there are thousands of users per hour -- so you can easily do 50,000 impressions in a few days.

 Welcome to AR.

Happy sailing ... _/)

Paul--Thank you, That does help understand it a little better and it doesn't really sound like something that I need to get into to, at least not for now. I never really thought much about it, but that's a lot of users per hour, WoW! Thanks for your help.
