We are proud and excited to announce our new and improved flat fee MLS listing service.  For nearly a decade now our firm has been providing this service to the Central Florida area.  Over the last year we have been slowly upgrading and modernizing our service plan to make it even better.

Our deal for many years has been to charge $299 to list your property, but we have always allowed investors who are members of the local investment clubs like Central Florida Realty Investors, Investors Resource Center, and Lighthouse Landlords Association to receive a $74 discount or pay the full amount but defer the payment until closing.  Nothing is being changed with this pricing except to give you more perks for the price.  We are still taking all the risk to allow investment club members to not pay upfront if they sign up for at least a 6 month listing with us.  We are now calling these $299 listings our "Basic Listing Plan."  Non-club members must still pay upfront.

New features we have added to the Basic Listing Plan at no additional charge:

• Listings now available in 25 Florida counties.  Besides the Mid-Florida area which covers metro Orlando and metro Tampa, we also now cover the Daytona Beach MLS, New Smyrna Beach MLS, Brevard MLS, Ocala MLS, and the South Florida Regional MLS (Miami north to the Treasure Coast). 
• Sand Dollar "For Sale" sign - yours to keep.
• Initial marketing and pricing consultation at the time of your listing.
• Blank contract forms.

We have a new Deluxe Listing Plan. In addition to the Basic Listing Plan we will provide you with the following for only an additional $200 (total for Deluxe Listing Plan is $499).  Because of our costs incurred, investment club members will need to pay this additional money upfront.

• Virtual/video 360 tour.
• Monthly market updates emailed to you.
• Electronic lockbox.
• Additional listing in a regional MLS for properties in outlying counties.
• Listing on FSBO sites like Craiglist, Trulia, and Zillow.

We have also created a menu of services on our website.  This way you can opt to pay for only the services you specifically want.   If you just need an electronic lockbox, or help with negotiating, or help with paperwork, or help with getting the buyer pre-qualified, or help with getting the transaction closed, we can assist you with any part of the transaction.
