As many of you may recall, I announced my recent move to Keller Williams West Sound in a post last September:

A recent exciting development has been the signing of a long term lease for retail space here in Silverdale WA.

What has me really pumped about this new office is the concept we're creating. Instead of the traditional 'brick & mortar' stand-alone office building, we decided to go with a more 'consumer-centric' real estate resource center, situated in a high-traffic/high-visibility location, right next door to one of Kitsap County's most popular coffee hang-outs!

The Kitsap Keller Williams Real Estate Hub will serve two primary purposes:

  1. Provide valuable local resource materials and technologies for community members and new residents
  2. Provide a cutting-edge technology-driven support base environment for our agents/brokers
Local residents and newcomers to Kitsap County will be able to find helpful, relevant information about all aspects of life and living on the Kitsap Peninsula, as well have Internet access to current real estate properties, including residential, multi-family, vacant land, commercial, rentals, short sales, foreclosures, and more.
 
Due to our valued partnerships and experience with reputable local businesses and trade contractors, we plan to offer a "Recommended Business/Contractor Referral Resource" and offer discounts/specials from those partners.
 
The Kitsap Keller Williams Real Estate Hub will offer our tech-savvy agents/brokers a relaxed, efficient base of operations where they can quickly/easily plug in their laptops, print contracts from their iPads, scan documents to email, or meet with valued clients.
 
The necessary improvements/enhancements to our space should hopefully be completed sometime around the end of January. A grand opening gala event will be announced as we get closer to completion.

Rich - I am so happy for you! I think the idea of the resource center is truly sound and I share this vision of the future. It just makes a lot of sense. One main Hub with satelites. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but we know consumers don't care about cathedrals, they care about being cared about... where can I get the best service, where are the best professionals, where am I going to get the best for my money.
