My Rendition of The 12 Days Christmas - REALTOR Style

With December 25 only a few days away our "Realtor days" can get a little crazy.

 

Today was one of those days and I felt the need for some comic relief so I turned my attention to composing my own REALTOR 12 Days of Christmas Tale:  Feel Free to Sing Along:

 

MARILYN'S REALTOR 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS- WHAT SANTA GAVE TO ME

On the first day of Christmas Santa gave to me: a house that was termite free!

 

One the 2nd day of Christmas Santa gave to me: 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 3rd day of Christmas Santa gave to me 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 4th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 5th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 6th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 7th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 7 Relocations ,6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 8th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 8 Approved Buyers , 7 Relocations 6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 9th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 9 new referrals, 8 Approved Buyers, 7 Relocations ,6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 10th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 10 full price offers, 9 new referrals, 8 Approved Buyers, 7 Relocations ,6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 11th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 11 closed transactions, 10 full price offers, 9 new referrals, 8 Approved Buyers, 7 Relocations, 6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

 

On the 12th day of Christmas Santa gave to me 12 commission checks, 11 closed transactions, 10 full price offers, 9 new referrals, 8 Approved Buyers, 7 Relocations, 6 clean inspections, 5 Fair Appraisals, 4 new listings, 3 accepted counters 2 short sale approvals and a house that was termite free!

Good evening. Good post and great song. Yes, Realtor Days can be a bit crazy around the Holidays, and though a bit off the subject, we should never lose focus on why or who we [really] do it for.
