The source of the square foot information on the Chart is designated by A (assessor's office), V (paid vendor such as an appraiser), or S (Seller or Seller's Agent). The School District is shown in the column on the right. DOM is Days on Market. The Real Estate Owned (REO) is shown in red, and the Short Sales are in blue. REO is a home owned by the lender who acquired it through foreclosure.
The bottom row of the Chart shows the averages. The "average" home sold in Campbell CA in November 2011 was a 3.5 bedroom, 2.3 bathroom home with 1,933 square feet on a 8,234 sq. ft. lot.
