Beacon Point is a great family neighborhood just east of E470 and Smoky Hill Rd and just south of the Aurora Reservoir.  There is still new construction in Beacon Point with Lennar Homes as one of the primary builders.  Beacon Point is located in the highly acclaimed Cherry Creek School District. 

 

 

Here are the sales statistics for Beacon Point over the past three months:

 

 

Active Listings = 23 priced from $270k to $650k

 

Under Contract = 5 priced from $379k to $548k

 

Solds = 10 priced from $307k to $423k

 

 Out of the current active listings in Beacon Point, about half of them are new construction homes ready for purchase.

 

 

Beacon Point has many parks throughout the neighborhoods for families to enjoy.  There are also walking trails and views of the Aurora Reservoir.  Beacon Point has an incredible community center with tennis, pool and state of the art fitness center.

Hi Belinda - It looks like a lot is going on at Beacon Point - I know the area, but haven't been in this subdivision - I'll have to check it out the next time I'm using E-470 to bypass Denver.
