Debbie:  I am looking forward to this one.  Can you believe I've never been.  I guess I shouldn't admit that but my son and his wife and grandkids will be here and I can't wait.  I remember things like this from my childhood and I am ready to rekindle those great memories.  I hope the weather will behave.  Thank you so much for your comment.

Hey Donna, wish I could make it up there one more time this year but will have to wait until next year.  Things are picking up down here in Panama City. How's business up there?

Carole:  I am really looking forward to going.  Can you believe I have never been.  Hopefully, the weather will be good and I can't wait to see the look on my grandchildren's faces.  I am planning on lots of pictures and a follow-up blog.

Jeff:  That is fabulous news!  Things are picking up, woo-hoo.  Well, we are doing ok here but of course, we will be getting into the winter months and it always slows down during that time.  Buyers stand to make some great deals if they don't put it off still next spring.  As our inventory goes down, the market just might be back in the hands of the sellers come next spring.  I read where Panama City had weathered the slower market pretty good anyway.  Places like Panama and Destin are always going to be places people want.  I attended a real estate class yesterday and the instructior made a very good point.  There's nothing wrong with the market - we have a 6% interest rate or close to it, money is available for loans, and prices have come down - he said this is a fabulous market, now if buyers would just think for themselves instead of letting the negative media dictate how it is.  I thought he was dead on.  Hoping you make lots of sales!

Donna:  I came over to comment, and see if I could push you over the 50,000 mark.  I didn't, but tomorrow you will cross that threshold.  Since I'll likely still be asleep when that happens...

Hi Mike:  I appreciate your help in getting me over the hump.  Back in June, when I first started, I would never have guessed that I would be at 50k this soon.  I know others get there much quicker but for me, I am very happy about it.  It's amazing just how fast the points add up.  I am honored that you've invited me to the the Active Rain Bronze Star Hall of Fame and I am going to join right now.  I wasn't even aware of this group.  I've discovered a lot of groups lately and it makes me wonder how many more great groups I haven't discovered yet.  But that's part of the fun of Active Rain, is making new discoveries.  Thanks again.
