Here’s how to use my blog to benefit you, a short guided tour to the home page to help you get the information YOU WANT AND NEED!

You probably know your way around websites pretty well by now, but I hope you don’t mind my pointing out some things that will help YOU get the most from your visit – now and in the future.

Because there is a lot to know, I wrote this in 2 parts:

You can EMAIL ME directly from this site if you have a question, or CALL ME (my cell is my office line and you can always reach me, or text me, but if I am with clients I will not interrupt my time with them – I’m sure you understand, as you will get the same courtesy).

HOW TO FIND REAL ESTATE ARTICLES YOU NEED

A VERY IMPORTANT section of this navigation area to know about down near the bottom right are the TAGS. Think of these as category labels, or an index, of all the posts I have written.  You can either scroll through the posts themselves OR use the tags to find articles on a particular topic which will save you time.

This is a DROP DOWN menu and you will see dozens and dozens of tags like CARLSBAD and DUE DILIGENCE. If you click on any tag, this will take you to a complete list of all the posts that are related to that topic. I’ve used a sample of articles labeled by Due Diligence (see below) as an example. You can then select the articles on that topic that interest you by clicking on the blue link. Tags are a great way to find the information that you need on a particular topic on my blog.
