OMG, The Trees Are Putting On A Vibrant Show in Houston This Year!! I think it has something to do with the drought and cold weather, but I don't remember the trees having such vibrant colors here in Houston in the Fall.
This tree is in Heatherwood Village and I see the color change every day. Wow, it is beautiful.
These trees are on Louetta in front of the Courtyard.
Lovely golden leaves on the trees in the courtyard of the parking lot at University Park at HP at FM 249 and Louetta.
This is almost an apricot color and some of the leaves are deep red.
Here is a sweetgum stump with green, yellow, orange and red leaves.
I saw this tree on the way back from a showing. It is on Cypress Rosehill near FM 2920. It had many different color leaves on it. Awesome tree.
I think these are crepe myrtles. They look like they are flame colored with the yellow and orange. They were in Ranch Country near Becker Rd and FM 290. Gorgeous.
