No one needs to tell me this as I have lived it and I thank our Property Manager at least once a month for the hard work they do. Lord knows I used to get the late night calls for a toilet being stopped up only to find out the tenant put a ball in the bowel and flushed it. The calls for the occasional free for all when two idiots didn't need to be married let alone living in my rental. Or how about "I'M in the dark" don't you furnish light bulbs, (well Hell NO) but only to find out they call back and say I replaced the light bulb but I'M still in the dark, Well did you pay your electric bill by chance. Don't get me started about collections.
