Day 17--2011 31 Days of December Challenge.

Didn't much today. Heck I didn't want to do anything at all. But I had to. 2012 is going to be my Breakthrough year. And my prayer is that it will be for every single real estate agent here as well.

  • Got a hold of my client today who I missed his call. He gave me some good news. The Gas company is going to help us turn on the Gas in the buyer's name so that we can do our Home Inspection. BofA is giving us till January 23 2012 to close on this house-PRAY FOR US. That has been holding us up for a while so that was good news. Called the Listing agent to get the combo to the house so that they can turn on the Gas.
  • Commented on many great blogs here today.
  • At Barnes and Noble bookstore in Bowie Towne Center Bowie MD reading the REO Book. Read like 130 pages today-YEAH! I must've read like 6 or 7 hours straight till they closed the bookstore.
