7 Comments on Be successful and follow your Dreams. Short sales can be a solution.
Hi John,
Short sales are tough.
If you have experienced it personally, it certainly gives you more compassion and understanding of the trauma, and also of the things that need to be done to accomplish the end goal.
Thanks for the post
Phil
It pays to work with someone who knows the ins and outs of short sales John. Added drama is not what these people need. Best to you sir.
Phil, Roger, reminds me of the words from a song: I've looked at life from both sides now, from up and down and still somehow, It's life's illusions I recall...We always need to keep the Goal in sight.
Enjoy the holidays and be well prepared for an outstanding 2012. Many agents are not willing to learn the successful ways to process short sales. This is not easy work.

I've never been to India, but when I watched Slumdog Millionaire, it reminded me so much of the struggles that poor Filipinos also have to endure and survive. The Philippines have their Smoky Mountain where people go through trash to find anything usable (or even eat). This is why I am ever so thankful that I am in this country, that I have a profession I enjoy, a roof over my head, and so much food that I have to go on a diet!
Roy, in my view of the profession we can't afford to ignore any opportunity. By the way, beautiful photograph!
Amen Pacita. A roof over one's head and gainful employment -
John, I have not seen Slumdog Millionarie nor been to India. I do know and understand that many people don't know what to do and they do need our help. The hardest step in the process may well be the first step homeowners take in reaching out for help. Merry Christmas!
