I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Upper Southampton township in November 2011.

I looked for residential listings sold in November . This does not include homes not listed, commercial  and  multi units . It  is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 10 homes that settled in November 2011.

The average original list price was $ 298,739.

The average last list price was $288,399

The average sale price was $ 268,200

Highest sale price was $370,000

The lowest sale price was $191,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 130

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 93.68%
