Does your home have a Soul? New York Feng Shui Consultant Laura Cerrano says, "yes, every house, land, animal and object carries a certain energy, a certain soul." Feng Shui teaches you how to create a loving, warming and balanced environment in your home for you and your family. If you live in a home that promotes a peaceful soul, your mind, body and spirit will resonate with that energy. If you live in a home that lacks an "awakened soul," you will feel more of a "cold" energy.

Ms. Cerrano recently consulted with a new clients in Quioque NY who shared, when they first moved into the home it felt like it had no soul. Five years have passed and the family still feels as if the home is not theirs. This family has never moved in, they are simply occupying the space. Love your home and your home will love you.

This family needs to enhance the space with certain colors, textures, artwork and elements according to Feng Shui as a way to create more awakened and happier house soul. Ms. Cerrano will be working with them in sessions, for their situation is much more then what meets the eye.

Good morning Laura,

You are so right about a home having a soul. We love our home and feel so good when we get home..it's like everything is right with the world when we come "home". I like waking up and hitting the button on our coffee pot and hear the swirl of the beans grinding..the aroma is a perfect start to the day. Many times in the morning when we have a good morning hug we say.."I love you..I love our home"..it makes us smile and we know it's going to be a good day :).
