day 17 ---Wow... I picked up more xmas cards and blogged. I also talked about real estate with one of the ladies at the junior leage thrift strore....And I have an offer on my listings!
Day 18 -- Negotiating an offer and sitting in my open house hoping to gain some exposure. So far only one person came.....Maybe I will try to blog about something interesting.... GTG client number 2 just showed up! ...
